I just made a post 2 days ago about the crazy Arashi adventure that's yet to come.

A day later, Jun's new drama news came out. (that means new single, right? ^_^)

Today, we get DVD news!

AAA 2008 in Japan DVD!!!!!!! kyaaaa!!!!!

Hi minna! I'm in Chicago now, but I won't get to post as often because I'm at my mom's house...and she thinks I should be studying for next semester's courses. :P Asian moms, you know? So I'm pretend studying. *shhhh*

The AAA dvd is sitting here on my desk, but I haven't watched it yet. Wanna know why? Read on.

Fate is against me reason # 1:

My computer doesn't play dvds (only cds), so my friend bought me a dvd reader/burner last year. When I packed for Chicago 2 weeks ago, I brought my computer with me. And my 2 external hard drives because everything is in there. So I thought: I won't bring the dvd reader because it's more to pack, and I won't need it anyway. I had no plans to burn dvds anyway. I'll keep everything I download in my externals.

I downloaded the dvd clips from LJ because I knew I'd put torture on my dvd if I watched it too much. I didn't watch it yet, because I really wanted to wait for the dvd. So then, the day after I left Kentucky, my dvd came. To Kentucky. ~_~ Then my cousin came to town last week and gave me the dvd. XD I was sooo happy to hold it in my hands. It was shining when I opened it, really. I put it in my cd drive in my computer and waited... A-re? Why isn't it playing? DUH! My computer doesn't play dvds. >_< I was so mad I went and started watching the stuff I downloaded. T_T It's not the same though. I didn't even finish watching the whole thing yet. I only watched the Taiwan con and the press conferences.

Since the dvd is region 2, it won't play in any of my dvd players. So I was gonna take it to my friend's house to play it on her computer, but then her computer broke down. Well, actually, her cd broke inside the cd drive. >_< The best buy guy said that the laser was unaligned and the LASER CUT THE CD and broke it. Yabai! I didn't know it could do that. I'm glad it wasn't my AAA dvd in there. I would have cried for a year. So we got her computer fixed, and she got a new dvd drive installed. But now Chicago is soooo hot, and my friend's mom won't turn on the air conditioning, and I don't want to spend 6 hours sitting in 90+ weather. T_T So that's why the dvd is still sitting here. Unwatched.

Fate is against me reason # 2:

I ordered the Josei Jishin w/ the yummy pics of Arashi, but I forgot to change my address to my Chicago one. I emailed them and asked them to change it for me, and they said that they would change it to my Chicago address. A few days ago, my cousin called me and said that a package came for me. In Kentucky. >_< I have people waiting for those magazines. *sigh*

Fate is against me reason # 3:

I pre-ordered Time limited edition from cdjapan. v(^_^)v Then I find out that the normal edition contains a 28 page booklet. O_o Why, Johnny? Why must you torture me?

Go to fybabe's blog to catch a preview of the AAA dvd. I can watch the first one with Jun tearing off his shirt and pants all day long. In slow motion. Wishing he would strip off even more. I love being an Arashi fan. XD

I'll be going home to Chicago for a few months. I'm leaving next week and I haven't finished cleaning my room yet. ;P There are so many things to do before I leave. I'm taking my desktop (because my cousin won't let me take his laptop) so kitto daijoubu. I will have more time to fangirl in Chicago. (^_^)v 

*edit* I entered a singing contest at Aibakaland, and we get to pick our own title under our username. It has to be short, one or two words, and I want it to be about Arashi. I don't want it to be just Jun (because I feel myself wavering between Jun and Aiba lately). I'm bad at coming up with usernames and new email addresses. >_< This title will stick with me for a long time. Any ideas? Maybe I'll pick Sakura Sake because I really love that song. See how unoriginal I am? Any help is appreciated! ^_^
